Referrals

I take Nuffield Health, BUPA and GP referrals. Please note I do not offer appointments to those currently having therapy unless referred by a therapist known to me.

Payment 

Fees will be required to be settled in full prior to your appointment (unless BUPA approved). Please make payments by bank transfer.

Cancellations

Please give one week’s notice by email if you wish to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. A cancellation charge of £65 is payable for appointments cancelled with less than 3 working days notice.

Private prescriptions 

Private prescriptions for medication during your consultation are issued without charge. However, a £45 fee will be payable if a prescription is required at other times. Please allow enough time to ensure that you do not run out of your medication.

Data Protection 

Your details will be stored in a secure database. Your name and contact details will be shared with your insurance provider unless you advise otherwise.

Your clinical data is confidential and will only be divulged with your consent, unless, there are very exceptional circumstances in which I am legally obliged to do so. Correspondence relating to your treatment will be shared with your GP with your permission.
